CRM Application Consultant/Developer
You must have a strong understanding of database design and common practices as well as an understanding of business transactions, processes and concepts as they relate to CRM implementations.
You should have accounting experience in a service industry with strong computer skills. Experience with accounting software is preferred.
You should be a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude toward business and technology. You should be willing to learn new skills and handle client support issues. You need strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
You should be a self-motivated individual with strong verbal communication skills and strong client interaction and consultative skills. Previous experience working with (either as a user or as an IT support staff) with one or mid-market accounting or business management solutions is desired.
You should have experience with all varieties of Visual Basic (VBA, VB, VB.Net), Web Development (HTML, DHTML, XML, ASP, ASP.Net) and Javascript. You should be a self-motivated individual with a strong aptitude to solving business problems and delivering 100% client satisfcation. You need strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
You should be a self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience selling software applications, ready to follow a lead from inception to close. You must have experience demonstrating software applications to clients, preferably in a consultative sales position. Experience with accounting software, CRM software and consulting services a plus.
