Primary Functions
Create positive awareness of Paragon Consulting Group and our services, and function as a liaison to existing customers for assistance and product informationSales Support
- Research available Sage Accpac Business Software products and pricing
- Generate and organize proposals, quotes, and invoices
- Assist with sales presentations and follow-ups
- Organize, order, and create sales materials
- Create and maintain corporate website content, newsletters, brochures, direct mail, and advertising copy
- Manage and reconcile co-op marketing programs
- Organize, manage, and attend seminars & trade shows
- Schedule, organize, and host customer web demos
- Maintain and update customer & prospect databases
- Manage vendor relationships
- Maintain client training schedules
Position Requirements
- Self-motivated professional with outstanding organizational skills
- Minimum 4 year college degree
- Exceptional communication skills
Desired Skills
- Sage Accpac Advantage Series experience
- Previous sales support experience
- Previous marketing experience
- Adobe Illustrator / Pagemaker / Photoshop experience
