Primary Functions
Responsible for all internal accounting & office management duties- Management of corporate accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliation & financial statements processing
- Customer invoicing & payment collection
- Timesheet, expense report & payroll administration
- Employee 401(k) & benefits coordination
- General facilities management
Position Requirements
- Accounting experience in a service industry
- Experience with accounting software (Sage Accpac currently utilized)
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible and positive attitude
- Strong aptitude and desire to learn
